parties, special events of any kind, and photography sessions.
Pricing
Private Event Rental - Monday-Thursday Evening
Great for book clubs, wine nights, small groups, meetings, etc.
$200 for 4 hours, additional hours are $25/hour.
Reservation time includes set up, the actual event, and take down.
Full use of parlor room, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, and backyard garden.
Dishware, Glassware, Serveware, and Utensils are available as well.
Private Event Rental - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
$300 for the first 4 hours (minimum), additional hours are $50/hour.
Reservation time includes set up, the actual event, and take down.
Full use of parlor room, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, and backyard garden.
Dishware, Glassware, Serveware, and Utensils are available as well.
Photography Session - Upon Availability
$50/hour
Full use of parlor room, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, upstairs bedrooms,
and backyard garden. No boudoir sessions please.
Add On's:

- 6ft Folding Tables (4) | $20 per table
No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. If smoking of any kind is detected, there will be a $500 fine.
We are not a wheelchair accessible property at the moment but are working towards making that possible.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us by email as soon as possible if any cancellation or modification of the booking needs to be made. We will try and work with you to the best of our abilities. The initial deposit will be non-refundable in the event of any cancellation or reschedule made more than 30 days out from the event. There will be no refund if there is a cancellation or reschedule made within 30 days of the event. This applies to Overnight Stays and Private Events. All Photo Sessions are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations and reschedules leave us with a loss in a booking. These retainers help alleviate that income loss. We appreciate your understanding.
